Dr. Galban is a public health physician, professor, and global fellow with more than 10 years of experience in the health and development sectors. She previously served as Executive Director of the Alliance for Improving Health Outcomes, Inc. (AIHO), where she provided strategic leadership in organizational operations, partnerships, health policy, and program development.
She is currently a Professor at Ateneo de Manila University, where she teaches Global Health and Health Policy and Systems Research. Her professional experience includes engagements with the Department of Health, Asian Development Bank, University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University, and various local and international development organizations. Dr. Galban earned her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University and is currently pursuing a Master in Public Administration at the University of the Philippines.
